About the Strepelle Group B Strep Test
Strepelle is a highly sensitive home-to-laboratory test designed specifically to detect Group B Streptococcus, also known as Group B Strep, Strep B or GBS.
The test uses the Enrichment Culture Method (ECM). Samples are collected in the privacy and convenience of your own home before being returned to the laboratory for professional analysis.
Strepelle is recommended from 35 weeks of pregnancy. When testing is performed close to delivery, the result can provide a useful indication of whether GBS is likely to be present at the time of birth.
The kit price includes delivery and tracked 24 return postage to the laboratory. Results are usually returned within three days.
